YOUTH SPORTS ALLIANCE
IronPigs Charities is on a mission to strengthen youth sports programs throughout the Lehigh Valley through the GameOn! Lehigh Valley Youth Sports Alliance. This alliance is made up of Lehigh Valley youth coaches of players 16 and younger in the following sports: Basketball, Cheerleading, Baseball, Softball, Football, and Soccer.
We invite ALL Coaches of players 16 & under to become a part of this exciting initiative
We are partnering with the National Alliance of Youth Sports and The Positive Coaching Alliance to bring education, training, and motivation to our local youth coaches while providing an opportunity for you to meet, share best practices and build a positive network of support for every coach.
All sessions are held at Coca-Cola Park at no cost!
IronPigs Charities has paid for ALL seminar costs to allow EVERY COACH that wants to strengthen their skills to have the opportunity. We hope you will come out, participate and build this one-of-a-kind alliance in support of building a positive youth sports culture in the Lehigh Valley.

Leading Your Organization: Developing a Positive Coaching Culture
By successfully completing both the Coaching Youth Sports and Sport Specific training seminars, you will have an opportunity to become a member of the National Alliance of Youth Sports for FREE (regularly $20). Membership includes:
- $1,000,000 excess liability insurance
- Supplemental Online Training Courses (Concussion, Bullying Prevention, etc.)
- Membership Card & Coaches Code of Ethics to show parents that you are committed to developing your coaching skills.
